阳光金属拉弯有限公司成立于1998 年，是从事拉弯设备设计、制造、销售、拉弯工艺研究、拉弯产品生产的专业化企业。同时也是中国江苏省、安徽省最大的拉弯加工企业。可加工各种规格铝型材、幕墙型材、不锈钢型材、工字钢、槽钢、角钢、圆管、矩形管等金属型材的拉弯，铝单板、铝塑板、不锈钢板滚弯，从而完善了金属型材板材的配套服务。

Founded in 1998, Yangguang Metal Bending CO.,Ltd is a professional enterprise specially in bending technology research,bending machine's design, manufacture and sales, at the same time it is also the largest bending processing enterprise in Jiangsu
and Anhui Provinces in China. Bending materials such as aluminum profiles, curtain wall profiles, stainless steel profiles, I-shaped steel, channel steel, angle steel in various kinds of sizes, circular tube, rectangular tube, roll and bend solid sheet, aluminum composite sheet and stainless steel sheet so as to perfect processing service for metal profiles and sheets.

生产能力Production Capacity:
公司每年承览万吨钢材弯管及五十万米铝材、不锈钢和铜材拉弯。
The company produces more than 10000 tons of steel bend pipe and 500000 metres bending of aluminum, stainless steel, Copper material per year.

最大拉弯弧长 The maximum length of bending arc:
一次成型，长度不受限制，对需要较长弧长的工程可提高安装效率，减少安装费用，节约材料，提高工程质量。
In the need of a longer length of arc, the maximum length for once bending can be unlimited which may enhance the efficiency of assembling, reduce the cost of assembling, save the materials and improve te quality of the project.

最大冷截而Maximum cold section:
1200mm×1200mm。

弯曲半径 Bending radius:
在材料力学性能（延伸率）允许的情况下不受限制。
No restrictions if performance (elongation rate) of mechanics of material allows.

弯曲能力强 Strong bending ability:
拉弯长度不受限制。
卷板两端没有直边，中间不产生腰鼓异形。也可以根据客户需要卷制留直边、椭圆、锥面、抛物线等物形状。
Length of bending: unlimited.
No straight edge art the ends and no drum shap in the midst of the rolled sheet, and rolled shapes such as straight edge, ellipse, conic face and parabola can be customized as requested.

拉弯/ 弯管工艺说明 Description of bending processing:
两端留工艺余量一般每端留150-200mm，两端共留300-400mm，但有下列情况要和我厂商议工艺余量的长度；壁厚很薄、材料截面较大、弯曲半径较少、弯曲形状复杂、材料截面复杂等都要适当增加工艺余量。
Leave technological margin at both ends. Normally leave 150-200 mm at each end and leave 300-400 mm altogether at both ends, however, the technological margin should consult with our company in following case: thinner thickness of materials, larger section of materials, less bending radius, complicated bending shape and complicated section of material,etc. The technological margin should be increased accordingly for those cases.

本公司的金属拉弯工艺适合弯曲各种截面、材质、形状的金属材料，可做标准圆弧、U 形、L 形、S 形、W形、椭圆形、抛物线形、锥面曲线可同线多形状弯曲。
The metal bending processing of our company is capable of bending to bend various kinds of sections, materials and shapes of metal materials which can be made into standard arc, U-shape, L-shape, S-shape, W-shape, ellipse, parabola and conic curve. Multiple shapes can be bent on the same time.
